Getting Started With Your New Fidei Email Account
You can always access your Fidei email through your web browser with our webmail interface. However, we recommend setting up your new account with one or more dedicated email applications (e.g. one on your desktop and one on your mobile phone).

On Your Desktop or Laptop
Thunderbird
Thunderbird is a free and open source email application that runs on all major desktop operating systems, including macOS, Windows and Linux.
Below you'll find a video we recorded that will walk you through getting started with Thunderbird. The first few minutes are all you need, but you can watch the rest to see some of the settings we recommend and use ourselves.
If You Use A Mac
macOS & iOS Mail
The built-in email applications that comes with your Mac, iPhone, or iPad work great with Fidei.email.
For Android
K-9 Mail
K-9 Mail is a free and open-source email app for Android and the one we recommend using with Fidei.
Server Names & Ports
While our recommended email applications will automatically configure your email with just your fidei email address and password, others will require you to manually enter server names and ports. No matter what email application you use, these are the settings you'll want to use.
